Job Overview

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a pivotal leader for high-stakes utility and roadway projects, bridging the gap between field execution and technical project administration. How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct on‑site operations to ensure utility and site work aligns with engineering specifications.
• Coordinate complex project schedules to meet critical deadlines for government and commercial stakeholders.
• Manage the submittal process and project paperwork to maintain administrative transparency and compliance.
• Execute daily field leadership by building the job on the ground while supervising union labor.
• Evaluate site conditions in real‑time to resolve logistical obstacles before they impact the budget.
• Facilitate clear communication between field crews and executive leadership to drive project success.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically within utility, roadway, or site development.
• Demonstrated ability to “build the job” in the field through hands‑on technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in managing project documentation, including scheduling, submittals, and field reports.
• Must possess reliable transportation to travel between active job sites in Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working within a union‑based construction environment.
• Strong familiarity with New York City infrastructure standards and government project protocols.
• Advanced skills in leadership and mentoring junior field staff.
