Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically within utility, roadway, or site development.
  • Demonstrated ability to “build the job” in the field through hands‑on technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in managing project documentation, including scheduling, submittals, and field reports.
  • Must possess reliable transportation to travel between active job sites in Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn.
