Project Manager with Structural Restoration experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager with Structural Restoration experience to lead and oversee complex company projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Employ various project management methodologies to optimize workflows and adapt to changing priorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams, interact with field supervisors, coordinating resources (equipment & materials), and fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication skills.
• Utilize program development techniques like program portfolio management and project scheduling to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee vendor management, and contract data, when applicable to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Track project performance against budgets and schedules.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, negotiate scope changes, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• A strong background in restoration project coordination and leadership roles is key to your success.
• Proficiency with Excel, or similar tools for scheduling and tracking project profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis skills, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with writing abilities for comprehensive reports documentation.
