Responsibilities

• Feasibility analysis: Examination of complex customer requests regarding technical implementation and economic viability.
• Project initiation: Analysis and structuring of assemblies as well as definition of project milestones.
• Resource planning: Responsibility for the deployment planning of materials, special tools and specialist personnel.
• End-to‑to‑end control: Monitoring of projects from the initial idea through procurement to final assembly.
• Interface management: Coordination between production, purchasing, quality assurance, external suppliers and customers.
• Controlling & Standards: Implementation of project controlling and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (HF/FH).
• Basis: A solid technical basic education (e.g., designer, polymechanic, or plant and apparatus engineer - EFZ)
• Mindset: Strong technical understanding combined with business acumen.
• Experience: Ideally, initial experience in project management in mechanical or plant engineering (junior profiles are explicitly welcome).
• Tools: Proficient use of CAD systems (preferably Inventor/Vault).
• Soft skills: Organizational talent with the ability to multitask, analytical acuity and solution‑oriented communication.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
