About the role

Experteer Overview As a Project Manager I, you will plan, execute, and deliver small to moderate projects while supporting larger initiatives under guidance. You will coordinate multiple activities, maintain schedules, and ensure milestones meet scope and stakeholder expectations. You’ll apply project management fundamentals with growing autonomy to drive timely delivery and quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage risks, communicate progress, and keep projects on track. Rémunérations / Avantages • Plan and manage multiple project activities to ensure timely milestone delivery • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones • Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular team meetings; document actions and follow through • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and core artifacts • Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines; escalate risks and issues as needed • Proactively communicate goals, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication • Manage stakeholder expectations with regular updates and clear communication • Define and manage project scope within initiatives • Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and track resolutions • Support change control with change requests, impact assessment, and approvals • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and hours; report financial status • Review deliverables for quality and requirement compliance • Support invoicing and billing as required • Lead project teams, coordinate work, and support collaboration • Resolve delivery challenges and assist in conflict resolution • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed • Adapt project practices to organizational standards • Demonstrate adaptability, communication, collaboration, decision-making, results orientation, self-motivation, prioritization, time management, leadership, problem-solving, follow-up, and organization • Lead assigned teams and ensure progress toward goals • Coordinate multiple projects and delegate tasks effectively • Utilize advanced organizational tools and methods • To drive successful project outcomes in a collaborative, process-driven environment

Responsabilités • 2-4 years of project management experience • Experience leading small to moderate projects with increasing autonomy • Hands-on application of most PMI process groups • Beginning to assume accountability for schedule, scope, and risk • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • CAPM expected; PMP in progress; PMI-ACP optional
