DaytoDay Duties

• Lead crossfunctional project teams to achieve scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct daily standups, weekly status meetings, and milestone reviews with stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, change orders, lessons learned).
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

MustHaves (Essential Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven project management experience delivering complex, multimilliondollar initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with solid problemsolving capabilities.
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

NicetoHaves (Desired Experience & Skills)

• Handson experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project lifecycles.
• Background in technology, manufacturing, or professionalservices sectors.
• Track record of mentoring junior staff and fostering team development.
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial tracking, and costcontrol techniques.
• Exposure to enterpriselevel software implementations or infrastructure rollouts.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 (USD), based on experience and performance.
