Project Manager

Job Summary

Valiant Modular is a family owned business based in Ormond Beach, Florida. We have manufactured modular restaurants for over 30 years and installed restaurants in over 20 states and 4 countries. We currently build restaurants for Smalls Sliders, 7 Brew Coffee, Boost Coffee, Checkers, and other brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction of modular building projects within our facility at Ormond Beach, Florida (no travel required).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player on our team, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery of our modular restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management of new restaurants or similar.

Requirements

• Ability to read construction documents
• Proven experience in construction management or related roles with hands-on construction site experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and email
• Ability to develop construction schedules, including an full understanding of critical path
• Knowledge of contracts management and ability to oversee project scope changes while maintaining schedule integrity.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams across different phases of construction projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
