In dieser Position übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle: Gemeinsam mit unserem Team führst du Schweizer Banken durch die digitale Transformation in verschiedenen Gebieten. Als langjähriger IT-Partner begleitet Inventx die Kundenbanken auf verschiedenen Ebenen.

Als Project Lead bist du eine selbstständige, überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten. Du verantwortest komplexe Kundenprojekte – von der Beratung und Projektinitialisierung über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Mit deiner Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement wirst du für unsere Kunden zum echten Innovationspartner.

What is your scope of action?

• You lead demanding IT projects in the banking environment with cross-company participation and a high degree of innovation.
• You take responsibility for project management in strategic modernization projects in the core banking environment.
• You lead and manage interdisciplinary teams of specialists and IT experts.
• You actively participate in upstream processes – from defining business requirements and design phases to effort estimations and planning – thereby directly influencing project success.
• You work closely with stakeholders from business and IT on both the client and Inventx side.
• You are the first point of contact for our clients and ensure comprehensive consulting and support at management level.
• You participate in projects related to container platforms and cloud platforms and bring a good understanding of their role in modern banking architectures.
• You actively manage projects along the magical project management triangle (cost, quality, time).
• You can contribute to steering the Inventx project portfolio.

What do you bring?

• Sound IT education and a completed degree (FH, HF, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Banking/Finance.
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex projects in the banking or financial services sector.
• Enthusiasm for cloud technologies, banking IT infrastructures, and digital platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex content in an audience-appropriate manner and professionally moderate different stakeholder groups.
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, assertiveness, and a strong sense of quality.
• Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
