Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for one or more highly complex projects within the Brokerage Tribe. You will manage the project teams and orchestrate the relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The project topics will include, among others, developing, further developing, or specifically improving products and services for long-term investment. You will also be responsible for the implementation of project results and coordinate the assigned resources in your functional leadership role. Furthermore, you will contribute to the conception and description of requirements – including processes, interfaces, and data models. Together with experts from the business and IT departments, you will create the foundation for technical implementation.

Your main tasks include:

• You identify and coordinate the needs of the business teams
• You successfully lead complex projects to completion within the agreed time, budget, scope, and quality
• You identify risks/impediments and actively manage them
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and relevant stakeholders functionally, content-wise, and methodologically. You establish needs-based, effective, and convincing communication

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree and several years of professional experience in project management (preferably with PMI or IPMA certification) or comparable qualifications.
• You have experience in the functional leadership of multifunctional teams and in working with agile methods and mindsets.
• You convince with your enthusiasm for investing topics.
• You can structure complex issues and present them understandably for different stakeholders.
• When making decisions, you always keep all consequences in mind and drive their implementation forward.
• You flexibly adapt your communication style to different conversation partners and situations – in German and English – and convince with your moderation skills.
