Project Manager – BSS/OSS (Telecom) – Paris, France (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) – 6‑month contract (B2B)

Requirements

• Fluent French speaker
• 15 years of experience in project & engineering Project Management, with IT, OSS, and/or BSS systems
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with system integration, waterfall, Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Jira

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee both the operations (OSS) and business (BSS) systems for telecommunications companies
• Lead technical programs within the OSS/BSS domain, often involving complex, cross‑functional projects
• Apply strong knowledge of business and customer‑facing operations, including billing and order management
