Project Manager – Building Automation

A global leader in technology and manufacturing, delivering innovative solutions across building automation, industrial systems, and aerospace.

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Program Specialist to lead building automation and technical building services projects across Germany.

This is a technical, client-facing role where you’ll manage projects end-to-end — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across BMS / BAS / HVAC controls / security systems
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation
• Support technical design, solution development, and proposals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management
• Knowledge of SAP and VOB/B advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluent German and good English required
