About the Role

The business is looking to appoint Project Managers within the Building Restoration team to support an expanding project workload across Ontario. Reporting into a Principal-led structure and supported by experienced project associates, you will oversee multiple restoration assignments from early investigation through to construction delivery, acting as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

  • This role suits someone who enjoys balancing technical oversight, client communication and project coordination within an established consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee building restoration projects from initial assessment through to construction completion
  • Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets and resources across multiple assignments
  • Act as a key client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Liaise with internal technical teams, contractors and external consultants
  • Review technical findings, reports and construction activities to ensure project objectives are met
  • Support proposal preparation and contribute to winning new work
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as required

Requirements

  • Experience managing building restoration or building envelope projects within a consulting environment
  • Background in civil, structural or building science disciplines
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to project financials and resource planning
  • Eligibility for, or progress toward, professional engineering licensure in Ontario

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: Approximately $90,000 – $120,000, with flexibility for strong profiles
