About

The Building Construction Department in the Office for Urban Development is responsible for the construction projects of all municipal departments, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. As a Project Manager Building Services Engineering, you will make a central contribution to the successful implementation of demanding construction projects.

Your Tasks

• Project management in the role of client representation with a focus on building services engineering across all SIA phases
• Leading project teams of varying size and composition
• Planning and implementation of repair and maintenance measures for building services engineering systems
• Definition, enforcement, and verification of requirements and standards in construction projects
• Advising and supporting the building construction project managers on building services engineering issues

Your Profile

• Completed education in building services engineering (FH / BSc) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in project management of construction projects
• Good knowledge of processes and procedures in planning and execution
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, process-oriented, and independent working style
