Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager in Business Development at our Bhopal location. The Project Manager will lead business development initiatives, oversee sales strategies, implement business plans, and collaborate with internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include managing project sales in Government departments & as well as in private sector from, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong communication with Architects & Government Officials.

Qualifications • Proficiency in Project Management. • Strong Business Planning and Sales skills with a focus on achieving growth and revenue targets • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and Government Projects. • Proven ability to adapt to diverse business environments and contribute to organizational success • Previous experience in the construction, interior design, or architectural industry. • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
