Position

Project Manager – Business and Operational Excellence (f/m/d)

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects – overseeing budget, scope, and quality – while also facilitating a variety of workshops by applying your skills, capabilities, and adapting to different formats.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal‑oriented workshop outcomes.
• Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in an international environment
• Proficient in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus)
