About the role

Role Overview • We are seeking an intelligent, presentable, and proactive Project Manager – Capacity Building to coordinate training programs and development initiatives. • The ideal candidate will have experience managing training projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of capacity-building programs.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and oversee training projects within Abuja and across Nigeria. • Liaise with international partners, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful program delivery. • Manage project timelines, logistics, and reporting requirements. • Represent the company professionally in all engagements.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related field. • Proven experience coordinating training or capacity-building projects. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. • Presentable, confident, and adaptable to diverse environments.

Remuneration & Benefits • Salary: N250,000 - N400,000 / month. • Competitive project-based remuneration. • Full logistics support provided by the company. • Opportunity to work with international partners and government institutions.
