Position

• Project Manager - Civil Construction
• Experience: 20 - 26 Years
• CTC: 10 LPA (Depends on the interview)
• Location: Hyderabad
• Qualification: B Tech Civil Engineering

Role Summary

• Responsible for end-to-end execution of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Overall project planning, execution and control
• Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance at site
• Budget control, billing, BOQ and variation management
• Monitor progress, conduct reviews and report to management
• Lead and manage project site teams

Skills Required

• Strong experience in civil construction project management
• Knowledge of RCC finishing and site execution
• Good leadership, coordination and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera preferred
