We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver successful Class A Office Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. As a vital member of our growing team, you will need to have a passion for construction, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively with others while driving for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase to ensure project clarity.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced Project Management staff to enhance team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to foster future project opportunities.
• Oversee the procurement process, including buyout, contract writing, and insurance reviews.
• Advise on resolving construction drawing issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Manage processes related to Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate Owner Billings by verifying work-in-place quantities and subcontractor billings.
• Produce and manage accurate monthly cost projections reflecting total estimated costs upon project completion.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of project schedules, providing timely progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or comparable experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years managing commercial projects, with a robust understanding of building systems and construction methods.
• Proven financial management skills with the capacity to handle all aspects of a project from inception to completion independently.
