Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Project Manager - Cleaning Validation (NPS PLM) to support our projects at our Evreux site.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cleaning Validation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Provide expertise in cleaning processes and implement TACT (Technical Acceptance Criteria). • Coordinate and prepare cleaning validation exercises. • Draft Validation Protocols (VMP/VP) for manufacturing and cleaning processes (e.g., filling processes). • Write validation reports. • Prepare and update annual cleaning reviews. • Update documentation related to validation, including critical parameters and cleaning periodic reviews. • Participate in risk analysis related to process changes. • Coordinate and provide support for cleaning recipe optimization exercises, including test sheet creation, problem-solving, and identifying solutions. • Ensure clear communication on ongoing projects, raise issues, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in process validation/cleaning validation. • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry. • Educational background: Bac+2/3 (French equivalent of a higher education diploma or degree). • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments, including support and production teams. • Strong team spirit and flexibility to meet production deadlines and priorities. • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and French regulations, including health and safety standards for employees.
