Project Manager - CLM at TestYantra Software Solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of professional experience as an IT/IS Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading enterprise SaaS software implementation projects (CLM, contract management, or legal tech implementation experience is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software tool selection and RFP/RFI processes for business‑critical applications, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
• Formal project management certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms.
• Working knowledge of CLM core functionalities, contract lifecycle processes, and common integrations (CRM, ERP, e‑signature tools like DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
• Strong understanding of IT project governance, risk management, budget management, and change management principles.
