Project Manager - Residential Construction

An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile residential development project in the heart of County Clare.

Salary

 75,000 -  90,000 DOE plus vehicle / allowance, pension and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the residential project from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure delivery is completed safely, on schedule and within budget
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with building regulations
• Liaise with clients, design teams and senior management
• Oversee project programming, reporting and commercial performance

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
• Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills
• Proven ability to successfully deliver residential developments
