Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The focus will be on projects in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, including hospitals and K-12 facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project and other project management tools.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes in scope.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, specifically in healthcare and educational facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• 3 of those can be as an APM
• Proven track record of managing construction projects in healthcare and educational sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
