About Biocodex
Biocodex is an independent multinational pharmaceutical company built on high standards in science and manufacturing, with six decades of proven success. Founded in 1953, the company's initial focus was gastroenterology featuring a unique probiotic, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745®, the first probiotic supplement of its kind that has a positive effect on the gut's microflora.
Today, Biocodex US is part of a global health and wellness company dedicated to bringing science‑backed microbiome‑based supplement innovations to consumers and healthcare professionals. Our flagship brand, Florastor®, is the #1 selling probiotic worldwide and we’re expanding with new evidence‑based brands like Fullify®. As we scale the business aggressively, Biocodex US is investing in commercial innovation, portfolio expansion, and operational agility.
We are seeking a Commercial & Operations Project Manager to help translate strategy into execution across our growing portfolio.

This role serves as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Global Biocodex teams, ensuring that commercially driven initiatives move efficiently from strategy to market. Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner with Commercial (Brand/Sales) to translate brand strategy, innovation roadmaps, and commercial priorities into executable plans.
- Collaborate with Global Biocodex teams (France) for HQ‑manufactured innovation to ensure prioritization, clear communication and timelines in support of US commercialization.
- Work with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance as enabling partners to support a variety of commercial initiatives.

- Drive alignment, escalate tradeoffs, and recommend go/no‑go decisions to leadership when timelines, scope, or resources are at risk.
Launch Execution
- Drive launch readiness across multiple initiative types, including new product introductions, line extensions, packaging updates, and channel‑specific launches (Amazon, DTC, Costco, Value Channel, etc).

- Provide clear, concise project updates and summaries to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain project dashboards and documentation to support transparency and alignment.
