As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple large-scale concrete projects ranging up to $40–50M, managing execution from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while serving as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Track and drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
  • Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (concrete or civil preferred)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors
  • Strong financial management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
