As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple large-scale concrete projects ranging up to $40–50M, managing execution from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while serving as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track and drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost metrics
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
- Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (concrete or civil preferred)
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors
- Strong financial management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
