About the role
Description • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Manage procurement processes and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders. • Oversee project teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve quality standards. • Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management. • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). • 5–7 years’ proven experience in project management within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and construction regulations. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN membership) is an added advantage
Salary N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
