About
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage procurement processes and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5–7 years’ proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and construction regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification e.g., PMP, COREN membership is an added advantage.
