About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires hands‑on involvement in bidding, subcontractor coordination, and on‑the‑ground project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has proven experience with commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Oversee project logistics and expediting processes to ensure timely resource delivery
• Conduct inspections and ensure all project requirements and specifications are met
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to maintain project efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in construction project management
• Proven experience working with a General Contractor, ideally on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project management processes including planning, organization, and execution
• Experience with logistics management and expediting processes in construction projects
• Understanding of construction inspections and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required)
• Experience in construction or real estate development industries (advantageous)

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed General Contractor (highly preferred)
• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Background in construction or real estate development industries
