Project ManagerOur client is looking for a Project Manager with a robust background in commercial and industrial projects to join their team. If you are adept at managing projects from inception to completion, with a keen understanding of capital expenditure, then this opportunity is for you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Utilize your technical expertise to solve complex problems and address challenges that arise during project execution.Manage all construction contracts.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project delivery and mitigate risks.Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.Manage project finances, including budget forecasting, cost control, and procurement activities.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience successfully managing commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of capital expenditure and financial management principles.Package & RemunerationR1.7 Million CTC - R2.1 Million CTC (Depending on experience)
