Responsibilities

Own Project Execution

  • Turn client requests into clear tasks and timelines
  • Assign work to both in-house and freelance strategists, editors, and assistants
  • Track deadlines and ensure everything is delivered on time

Client Communication

  • Respond to client emails and requests
  • Send review links, updates, and follow-ups
  • Collect assets and approvals
  • Keep communication clear, organized, and proactive

Team Coordination

  • Ensure everyone knows what they should be working on daily
  • Check in on progress and follow up when needed
  • Keep priorities clear and aligned
  • Flag issues before they become problems

QA / Quality Control

  • Review videos and copy before sending to clients
  • Ensure content meets brand and quality standards
  • Catch mistakes before they go live

Freelancer Coordination

  • Source freelancers when needed
  • Assign briefs, timelines, and expectations
  • Manage them through completion

Task & Workflow Management
