Responsibilities
Own Project Execution
- Turn client requests into clear tasks and timelines
- Assign work to both in-house and freelance strategists, editors, and assistants
- Track deadlines and ensure everything is delivered on time
Client Communication
- Respond to client emails and requests
- Send review links, updates, and follow-ups
- Collect assets and approvals
- Keep communication clear, organized, and proactive
Team Coordination
- Ensure everyone knows what they should be working on daily
- Check in on progress and follow up when needed
- Keep priorities clear and aligned
- Flag issues before they become problems
QA / Quality Control
- Review videos and copy before sending to clients
- Ensure content meets brand and quality standards
- Catch mistakes before they go live
Freelancer Coordination
- Source freelancers when needed
- Assign briefs, timelines, and expectations
- Manage them through completion
Task & Workflow Management
- Turn meetings into clear action items
- Update timelines as priorities shift
- Keep systems clean and up to date
- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
