Project Manager

Position Overview

Ion Computer Systems is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented, and articulate Project Manager to support a Hyland OnBase conversion initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing document conversion projects, coordinating vendors, and applying standard PMI PMBOK project management methodologies in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply project management methodology in the creation and execution of project plans
• Define and develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, funding constraints, required roles, and task assignments
• Perform standard PMI PMBOK project management activities across the project lifecycle
• Develop and deliver weekly project status reports
• Monitor project progress and modify schedules, resources, and plans as needed
• Manage resource allocation and support resource management activities
• Monitor, control, and update vendor activities and deliverables
• Support document conversion initiatives related to Hyland OnBase
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare, revenue cycle, or enterprise IT environments
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft Project
  • CA Clarity or related PPM tools
• Experience managing document conversion projects
• Familiarity with Hyland OnBase (highly preferred)
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Nice to Have

• PMI or PMP certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience supporting revenue cycle or document management system initiatives
• Prior experience working in fully remote project environments

• Contract Duration: Through year‑end
• Pay: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour
• Work Location: Remote
