Project Lead – Cosmetics

About the Role

• We are seeking a Project Lead – Cosmetics to drive the development of innovative cosmetic products from concept to market.
• The successful candidate will lead product research, formulation development, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cosmetic products aligned with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cosmetic product development from concept, formulation, testing, and launch.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetics industry.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, and ESG to ensure product compliance and market alignment.
• Analyze consumer insights and market data to refine product strategies.
• Build partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
• Present project updates and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3years’ experience in cosmetics research, product development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing projects from concept to product launch.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary

N350,000 monthly.
