Tulen Agency is a digital marketing agency that helps event venues, wedding venues, restaurants, and hospitality brands book more private events, weddings, corporate events, and parties.
We build paid ad campaigns, landing pages, funnels, CRM systems, automations, and reporting systems that help our clients generate and manage more qualified leads.

We are looking for someone who can help manage client accounts, coordinate internal projects, and make sure client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager who can act as the bridge between our clients and our internal fulfillment team.
This is not just a client communication role. It is also not a broad “operations manager” role. This position is focused on keeping client accounts organized, managing project timelines, coordinating with the team, tracking deliverables, and making sure clients feel supported.
You will work directly with venue and hospitality clients, help manage onboarding, track campaigns and deliverables, follow up with team members, review client-facing updates, and make sure projects are completed properly.
The right person is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to understand enough about digital marketing to manage projects intelligently. You do not need to be a media buyer, designer, or automation expert, but you should understand how paid ads, CRM systems, landing pages, reports, and campaign deliverables fit together.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Account Management
- Serve as a main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, managers, and client stakeholders.
- Join or lead client check-ins, update calls, and report walkthroughs.
- Keep clients informed on project status, next steps, timelines, and outstanding items.
- Make sure clients feel supported, heard, and confident in Tulen’s process.
Project Management
- Track client deliverables and make sure deadlines are being met.
- Coordinate between clients, media buyers, designers, automation specialists, and internal team members.
- Turn client requests, meeting notes, and strategy discussions into clear tasks.
- Follow up on overdue items and make sure projects continue moving forward.
- Help manage onboarding for new clients, including assets, access, goals, and campaign setup requirements.
Campaign and Reporting Coordination
- Help review client reports and identify key updates before they are shared.
- Understand campaign goals, performance direction, and basic paid advertising metrics.
- Work with the team to make sure reports, updates, and deliverables go out on time.
- Spot issues before they become larger client problems.
- Help translate technical or marketing updates into clear, plain-English communication for clients.
Internal Team Coordination
- Keep ClickUp or other project management systems updated.
- Make sure tasks have clear owners, due dates, dependencies, and status updates.
- Help improve internal workflows, SOPs, and client delivery processes.
- Support a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Jump into different client-facing or internal tasks when needed.
Light Technical and Creative Support
- Understand the basics of Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, GoHighLevel, and CRM workflows.
- Help communicate technical issues clearly to the team.
- Review client-facing materials for clarity, quality, and accuracy.
- Assist with simple content revisions, social media coordination, or creative feedback when needed.
- Help make sure the final output matches client expectations and Tulen’s standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience
- Experience in an agency, digital marketing, client success, or account management role.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, projects, or campaigns at the same time.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow up without being reminded.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal team members.
- Comfortable working with a remote team.
- Able to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
Strong Preferred Experience
- Experience with digital marketing agencies.
- Experience with paid advertising, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with hospitality, restaurants, wedding venues, event venues, or local service businesses.
- Experience with reporting, campaign coordination, onboarding, and client retention.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of automation tools.
- Basic design or creative review skills.
- Experience reviewing social media content.
- Experience creating or improving SOPs.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience with Loom, Slack, Google Drive, and remote team workflows.
