Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity Team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate cybersecurity-related projects, ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive security initiatives in a fast-paced and international environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the protection of enterprise systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Coordinate project activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and business teams
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource planning
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Support cybersecurity transformation initiatives, governance activities, and process improvements
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Collaborate with technical teams on security-related implementations, upgrades, and remediation activities
• Ensure alignment with internal security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives
• Support change management and communication activities related to cybersecurity initiatives

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity, IT, or technology-related environments
• Experience managing complex projects in large consulting organizations, multinational companies, or enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, governance, risk, and compliance principles
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)
• Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit required

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
• Experience supporting security operations, risk management, or cybersecurity transformation programs
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cloud security initiatives
