Keysight's Data and Analytics organization is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate business operations projects, while also providing executive support to the leadership team. This dual role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to manage project timelines, stakeholder relationships, and expectations across cross‑functional teams, while ensuring seamless support for executive priorities.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management activities to drive adoption.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with project standards.
- Use data and metrics to track performance and support decision‑making.
Leadership Support
- Manage leadership team calendars, including scheduling virtual & onsite meetings and prioritizing commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries.
- Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support day‑to‑day administrative needs of the leadership team to ensure efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate quarterly organization events and meetings.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Experience providing executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets) and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience working in cross‑functional or global teams is a plus.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiar with Data Science & AI concepts.
- Experience supporting Learning & Development programs or digital training initiatives.
- Understanding of change management principles and practices.
Location & Compensation
- Colorado Springs, CO
- Pay Range: MIN $91,000 – MAX $152,000.00
