Position Description
As a Project Manager – DevOps / DevSecOps at Revolutional, you will lead end-to-end software development and modernization efforts, operating at the intersection of Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and federal mission execution. You will be responsible for driving execution across planning, delivery, and performance management while ensuring alignment with contractual, security, and governance requirements. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide cross-functional teams, improve delivery processes, and ensure secure, high-quality system outcomes in mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development and DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
- Direct contract and Task Order activities, ensuring compliance with federal governance and performance standards
- Drive program execution across planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting
- Champion Agile best practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, security, UX), fostering collaboration and accountability
- Embed security and compliance throughout the SDLC, integrating DevSecOps principles into pipelines and deployment processes
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities, driving mitigation strategies
- Deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior government stakeholders
Technical Environment
- Practices: Agile Scrum, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD
- Tools: CI/CD pipelines, Agile management tools (e.g., Jira), version control systems
- Focus Areas: Secure SDLC, compliance, performance monitoring, modernization initiatives

What You Bring (Requirements)
Baseline Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
- 8+ years of enterprise Project Management experience supporting federal government programs
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/product management certification
- Security+ certification or willingness to obtain
Technical Capabilities
- Experience leading Agile software development initiatives and DevOps programs
- Experience driving iterative delivery through Agile practices and CI/CD enablement
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and secure development practices
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated or high-security environments

- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices such as threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure coding standards
- Background in modernization efforts (cloud migration, microservices, containerization, data platforms, AI-enabled systems)
- Experience supporting classified or IC/DoD environments
