To strengthen our marketing team in Bern, we are looking for a committed personality as Project Manager Marketing starting immediately or by arrangement. With interconnected thinking, solution-oriented action, and passion, you bring projects to completion.

Your Tasks

• You plan, coordinate, and implement marketing projects from A to Z – from idea to execution
• You develop target group-oriented communication measures and implement them in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• You continuously improve lead generation and qualification – together with sales
• You are responsible for project budgets, timings, and quality assurance
• You analyze the impact of your measures and derive optimizations from them
• You bring new ideas and digital trends to the team and help us stay up to date

What Distinguishes You for the Job

• You have several years of experience in digital marketing (B2B advantageous) with broad knowledge and ideally a focus, e.g., search engine optimization or marketing automation
• Organizational talent, initiative, and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Confident German language skills as well as a good sense for language and design
• You are familiar with content management systems and marketing tools or learn quickly
