The Airbus Logistik GmbH, founded in 2021, is responsible for the logistical supply of aircraft components for the A320 program to the Airbus final assembly lines. As an Airbus subsidiary, we receive, store, ship, and transport goods for installation on the final assembly lines in Hamburg, Tianjin (China), Mobile (USA), and Toulouse (France).

For these new opportunities and challenges in the world of logistics, Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is looking for motivated employees for the position of Project Manager (D/M/W) in the Environment, Health & Safety department for our Am Genter Ufer location, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and design of company-wide standards, norms, and KPIs, particularly in the area of Environment (ISO50001, ISO14001, etc.)
• Project management and handling of special topics in the areas of Environmental, Health, Safety & Facility Management
• Creation of concepts and decision proposals on department-specific topics
• Execution of projects to optimize various processes
• Creation of training materials and training of employees, especially in the area of Environment
• Control and monitoring of the implementation of established standards
• Interface function to internal and external contacts
• Co-design and development of the HSE & Facility Management department

Your Profile

• Completed studies with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental & Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, etc.
• Experience in the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Open to new things, quick comprehension, and hands-on mentality
• Independent work style, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Good communication at various levels and confident demeanor required

This position is rated at level 9 according to the IG Metall collective agreement for contract logistics.
