Role Description

You will own everything that brings amazing emails to life (excluding strategy, copywriting, and design), and help manage between 5-10 brands.

• Own the PM pipeline: manage PM software to deliver emails on time.
• Chase approvals.
• Unblock blockers.
• Keep the weekly rhythm tight.
• Keep the team accountable.
• Oversee execution: build and maintain flows, pop-ups, and campaigns.
• Follow up on what is and is not working.
• Flag opportunities to account manager.
• QA everything: you’re the last set of eyes before anything goes live.
• Links, segments, send times, etc. You check it.

You’re a fit if:

• You’ve worked in eCommerce/DTC before
• You’ve worked in an agency or fast-moving team before
• You’re extremely organized and fast
• You follow up before anyone asks you to
• You have a strong eye for mistakes
• You communicate clearly and directly
• (Optional) You know Klaviyo or similar software (flows, campaigns, pop ups, segments, deliverability)
