Its flagship solutions ensure the link between payment terminals and global banking systems, all in strict compliance with PCI DSS security standards. Integrated into a Belgian group, the company combines the stability of a major player and the agility of a lean structure where customer proximity is paramount.

To support its new growth dynamic, Magellan is recruiting a senior profile to manage its client commitments.

Your Role

A true conductor, you are the preferred contact for clients (mainly banks) from the pre-sales phase through to post-deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Management & Steering: Complete project management (scoping, planning, milestone tracking, and risk management).
• Pre-sales: Active participation in costing, planning, and technical proposal development.
• Internal Coordination: Synchronization of development, QA, and support teams to ensure deadlines and quality are met.
• Governance: Preparation and facilitation of project committees and steering committees with client management.
• Client & Incident Follow-up: Main interface for routine requests and coordination of technical incident resolution.

Technological Environment

Agile/Scrum and V-Cycle methodologies, Jira, MS Project, technical software and SaaS culture. C language, Linux, SQL, Scripting (Python, Bash, Perl).

• Contract: Permanent (CDI)
• Salary: Up to 65K fixed

Candidate Profile

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software project management.
• You have worked for a software vendor (on-premise or SaaS) or an IT consulting firm (ESN).
• Knowledge of the banking or payment sector is a significant asset.
