About Us

Our client is an established, internationally active company within a listed corporate group, realizing demanding eGovernment and Identity Solutions projects. In an innovative, dynamic, and internationally oriented environment, you will take on a key role in the successful implementation of complex digitalization projects in the public sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership and management of eGovernment projects from initiation to successful completion
  • Holistic responsibility for the integration of a comprehensive portfolio in the areas of: Document production and personalization, Digital onboarding systems, Secure data management solutions
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Close coordination with Sales, Development, and Operations to ensure clearly defined project goals and deliverables
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and relevant security standards
  • Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate measures throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Central point of contact for public clients and relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring project performance and regular reporting to management and clients
  • Ensuring high-quality implementation with a focus on efficiency, security, and user experience

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies (Bachelor or preferably Master) in Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, or Project Management
  • Several years of experience in managing IT system integration projects, ideally in the eGovernment or secure identity solutions environment
  • In-depth understanding of: ID document systems, Personalization technologies, Digital onboarding solutions
  • Strong project management skills with proven on-time and on-budget delivery
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of security protocols, data protection, and regulatory requirements in the public sector
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
