About
In this role you drive PLM and data management initiatives for TE Energy, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver improvement programs. You’ll manage medium-complexity PLM projects, environmental compliance efforts, and engineering change processes, shaping data-driven solutions across a global footprint. You’ll lead system rollouts, document processes, and train stakeholders, contributing to a safer, more sustainable connected world. This position offers leadership exposure, international collaboration, and impact across product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLM and data management processes, tools, methods, and standards
- Lead and coordinate medium-complexity projects related to PLM, environmental compliance, and data management
- Prepare process documentation and deliver training to support PLM initiatives
- Represent the Business Unit in Digital Part Management and Digital Marketing discussions
- Act as engineering release and change management process owner for the BU
- Drive engineering systems and application rollouts, manage risks, and negotiate trade-offs to meet project goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in PLM and PEC initiatives
- Excellent leadership ability to manage cross functional project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Formal project management education/PMP certification
- 7+ years of experience in Product Life cycle management and Project management
- 5 years' experience with engineering
- Solid understanding of Engineering tools, Engineering Change Management, Bill of Materials
- Knowledge of Creo and PDM-Link
- Data Analysis, Data mining and reporting experience
- Excellent in English (verbal/written)
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Excellent in MS office, excel, PowerPoint
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Experience leading global teams, including matrix assignment
