Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll take the lead on driving the execution of multiple concurrent projects within our strategic programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can manage day-to-day coordination among a variety of stakeholders and functions, ensuring that project resources comply with enterprise program management office (ePMO) standards and business rules. As a Project Manager, you will foster collaboration, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet key milestones and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide successful delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality through proactive mitigation and resolution.
- Lead project teams to achieve goals, facilitate milestone meetings, and manage gate processes effectively.
- Drive change management activities to ensure readiness, adoption, and realization of business value.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives while maintaining adherence to timelines and scope.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to navigate complex situations and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future project delivery.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide accurate, transparent project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Uphold ePMO standards and processes to ensure quality control and consistency across projects.
- Drive accountability and clarity through effective reporting practices that foster transparency.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in project management.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Able to influence and lead through collaboration and matrixed relationships.
- Proven ability to adapt and apply sound judgment in evolving environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in project delivery and collaboration.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification is advantageous.
- Occasional travel for on-site project or team meetings may be necessary.
Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 annually based on market data and various factors including experience and skills. We are committed to fair compensation practices and may offer a final salary that varies based on qualifications.
