About

We are looking for a Project Manager for Equipment and Infrastructure (M/F) to strengthen the technical teams of one of our clients. This position is set in a demanding industrial environment, where the reliability of equipment and the performance of infrastructures are at the heart of the challenges of Equipment and Infrastructure projects. In the technical department, you will be responsible for managing projects related to industrial equipment and site infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Leading projects for industrial equipment
  • Participating in defining technical needs and drafting specifications
  • Coordinating various internal and external stakeholders (maintenance, production, suppliers, subcontractors)
  • Monitoring the technical, budgetary, and scheduling progress of projects
  • Supervising the commissioning and operation of equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and current regulations
  • Participating in infrastructure and industrial processes
  • Providing reporting and tracking of projects to management

Profile

  • Technical degree (Engineer or Technician) in mechanical, industrial, electrotechnical or infrastructure fields
  • Confirmed experience in managing technical or industrial projects in Switzerland
  • Good knowledge of industrial and technical equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Rigor, sense of detail, and analytical spirit
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
