Looking for a Technical Project Manager for an upcoming ERP Migration in the Healthcare Payer space. Lead a high‑impact, multi‑year ERP transformation for a healthcare payer-partnering with top vendors to drive enterprise change from strategy through successful adoption.

Position Description

• Lead a large‑scale, full‑suite ERP implementation for a healthcare payer organization, working in close partnership with an external ERP vendor.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and executive‑level status reporting
• Act as the primary bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and the ERP vendor, ensuring accountability and on‑time delivery
• Drive change management activities to support user adoption, business readiness, communication, and transition to the new ERP platform.
• Support a multi‑year (2+ year) transformation initiative, with potential extension based on budget and performance

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading recent, full‑suite ERP implementations (end‑to‑end, not module‑only)
• Healthcare payer experience is required (claims, enrollment, finance, HR, or core payer operations)
• Hands‑on project leadership experience with modern ERP platforms such as: Workday, Oracle Fusion
• Strong change management experience within enterprise transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success managing vendor‑led ERP implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills
