Your Role

As a Medior Project Manager Events, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our Events, Community, and Academy. This includes our Photo Festival, participation in external trade shows, various photo walks, workshops, and lectures. Our events are where customers connect, find inspiration, and develop their skills. We continue this connection in our online Community, where customers inspire each other and share experiences. In our Academy, they can deepen their knowledge through online courses and masterclasses.

You will give concrete shape to our brand promises: Expertise, Inspiration, and Convenience. This starts with developing distinctive concepts and extends to the smallest details, such as on-site presentation and setup. You are responsible for the program, commercial aspects, and results, as well as the marketing communications surrounding our events. You will continuously focus on quality, return on investment, and brand experience.

Additionally:

• Organize activities in close collaboration with stores, suppliers, external trainers, and ambassadors.
• Work intensively internally with the Trade Marketing team (coordination with brands), Retail team (operational execution), and the Online Marketing team (promotion and activation of campaigns).
• Take final responsibility and act as a connecting link between all involved parties.
• As a member of the campaign meeting, take responsibility for seamless integration between events and campaigns, react quickly when operations require it, and monitor progress, planning, and priorities.
• Manage internal and external specialists.
• Bring together different expertise to achieve common goals.
• Combine strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach.

You work proactively, think ahead, and effortlessly maintain an overview, even when many things are happening simultaneously. Planning and structuring come naturally to you, and Jira is a familiar tool.
