Role Description
The Experiential Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, management and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, retail promotions and consumer engagement initiatives.
The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations while maintaining exceptional operational standards and brand experience delivery.
The successful candidate must combine strong project management capability with hands-on experience in activations, events, staffing coordination, production management and client service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Project Management, including creating project plans, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor practices to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables.
- Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain project and client standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for efficient coordination of resources and materials.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in experiential marketing or a related field is highly advantageous.
