Responsibilities

• Support in the timely and budget-compliant planning of individual measures and their organization and implementation within the framework of a given overall project plan
• Independent error and problem analysis as well as support in process optimization in the area of building technology in cooperation with other departments
• Support in defining the scope of services for external contracting and obtaining and comparing corresponding offers
• Responsible for meeting deadlines for assigned projects
• Creation and maintenance of room and building plans, such as the creation of plans for port allocation for the IT department
• Collaboration with design & construction teams within the Tesla Group

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills as typically acquired through at least a 3-year specialized vocational training, preferably in the field of HLS (Heating/Ventilation/Sanitation), and at least 2 years of further specialized training or additional knowledge and skills acquired through many years of professional experience. Initial experience in facility management or construction.

• High degree of quality and responsibility awareness, implementation strength, performance, and commitment
• Initiative and motivation for continuous improvement of processes in project management
• Proficient use of CAD systems and MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
