Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of IT/IS SAFRAN SEATS France, within the DSI SAFRAN SEATS, your daily tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Ensure the consistency and alignment of projects with the IT strategy and management objectives.
• Lead projects from A to Z: scoping, specifications, planning, coordination of internal and external teams, monitoring of deliverables.
• Guarantee the achievement of commitments in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, and security.
• Support business units in expressing and formalizing their functional needs.
• Be proactive in choosing IT solutions and their integration into the existing IS.
• Lead project meetings: steering committees, working groups, regular reporting on progress, anticipation and risk management.
• Ensure communication with central teams and presence in the PM/PMO network

Knowledge of the industrial world

About You

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT or equivalent, with at least 3 years of successful experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally in industrial environments.
• You have knowledge of major IT deployment projects (ERP, Data, Business Applications, Cloud, Cybersecurity...).
• You have demonstrated your leadership, listening, and change management skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Your autonomy, rigor, and ability to unite are recognized.
• Knowledge of engineering, industrial, or aeronautical environments is a plus.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
