Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong construction knowledge who thrives in the field. This role is not a desk job , you’ll be actively managing job sites, working directly with crews, and communicating with homeowners daily.

The ideal candidate understands construction inside and out, can solve problems on the fly, and is confident speaking with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential interior and exterior home improvement projects from start to finish
• Be on-site regularly to oversee work, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule
• Communicate directly with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and materials
• Read and interpret plans, scopes, and specifications
• Identify and resolve issues quickly in the field
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes
• Maintain job documentation, photos, and progress updates

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction or home improvement (roofing, siding, decks, interiors, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in the field daily (not just office-based)
• Excellent communication skills, especially with homeowners
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Problem-solver with attention to detail
• Experience managing crews or subcontractors
• Ability to read blueprints and job scopes
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices

Work Environment

• Field-based role with frequent job site visits
• Mix of outdoor and indoor work
• Physically active (walking job sites, inspecting work, etc.)

Pay

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
