Project Manager
Clearview Tinting
About the role
About Us
Clearview Tinting has provided high-quality window film solutions for commercial and residential clients across the region for more than 20 years. Our projects span design consultation, fabrication, and professional installation — and our reputation depends on every job being done right.
We're growing our operations team and looking for a second Project Manager who will own the field side of our business. This is a newly defined role created to give our installation and subcontractor operations dedicated, capable leadership.
Role Overview
This position is field-forward and operationally focused. You will be directly responsible for supervising installers and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are properly prepped and executed, and acting as the primary link between the field and ownership. You will work alongside our existing Project Manager, taking the lead on real-time coordination, site presence, and problem resolution.
The right person for this role is fast on their feet, genuinely good at managing multiple moving parts, and doesn't rattle under pressure. If you've led a field team, kept complex projects from falling apart, and made solid decisions without having all the information you'd like — this role was written for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage installers and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Conduct site visits for larger projects, complex installs, and any jobs requiring a redo or follow-up
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between the field team and ownership — gathering and relaying project information accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all jobs are fully prepped ahead of time: correct film, tools, cut sheets, and technician instructions
- Maintain and review film and tool inventory; physically move and organize film stock and materials (up to 30 lbs)
- Manage and update the daily and weekly installer schedule
- Identify and resolve field-level problems quickly and independently
- Provide direction and task guidance to other project staff as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising or managing a field-based or trade-based team
- Exceptional multitasking ability — you can hold several priorities at once without losing track of any of them
- Strong situational judgment: you assess fast, decide fast, and adjust when needed
- Direct and effective communicator across all levels — field crews, subcontractors, and ownership
- Physically capable of handling materials and moving through active job sites (lift up to 30 lbs)
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
- Experience with scheduling systems is a plus
What Sets You Apart
You don't need everything to be calm and organized before you can function well. You're the person who creates calm and order — not the person who waits for it. When a job goes sideways, you're already working on the solution. You keep your cool, you keep your team on track, and you don't make other people's stress worse.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Clearview Tinting is an equal opportunity employer.
