About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager / Field Operations Leader to take ownership of high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You’ll manage complex, custom projects while working with a team that values structure, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Review plans, site conditions, schedules, and project details before kickoff
  • Coordinate trade partners, internal teams, and client expectations
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely progress
  • Oversee field operations with strong leadership and clear communication
  • Identify risks early and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain jobsite organization, quality standards, and productivity
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a smooth experience
  • Track progress, updates, and documentation using Buildertrend
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations
  • Strong background in one or more of the following: High-end residential construction, Landscape or hardscape construction, Pools, Carpentry or outdoor structures, New home builds, Multi-phase custom construction projects
  • Experience coordinating trade partners and managing schedules
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail

Experience with the following is a plus (training provided):

  • Buildertrend
  • Asana
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
  • Project tracking and KPI systems
